We ship all orders from our UK-based warehouse.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will arrive within 2-4 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

During peak periods—such as Black Friday or Christmas—order processing may take slightly longer than usual. We truly appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order.

Shipping Costs (UK Only)

  • Orders under £20: Flat rate of £4.49

  • Orders over £20: Free shipping

International Shipping

At the moment, the Totsie website ships only within the United Kingdom
